Zachary graduated from Portland State University in 2007 and began his career in the sportswear industry. In 2011, he founded Universal Brands Consolidated, LLC to distribute inventory from various athletic companies and began building relationships with factories in Asia.

 

In 2020, he completed an Executive MBA from Brigham Young University. With 13 years of experience in marketing and distributing sportswear, he launched Lexa Sport specializing in customized team uniforms and athletic footwear.

Now he is coupling his knowlege of product development, material sourcing and competitive sports technology to create gear for America's fastest growing sport - pickleball.
